Soft Enamel Pins
budget won't allow you to use the thicker, more substantial Die Struck
Brass Hard Enamel Pin, or the Die Struck Brass Soft Enamel Pin. The
Photo-Etched Pin starts with thinner gauge brass metal, and the recessed
cavities are created with a chemical process that etches the image into the
brass. The shallow recessed cavities are filled with exact color-matched
soft enamels.
Because the cavities are so shallow, even a surface application fills them,
giving the Photo Etch Brass Soft Enamel pin the appearance of a thinner
hard enamel pin.
This is an excellent choice to mid-to-low budget projects.
