PTO and PTA Fundraising Ideas

Roy Cloud School is a Kindergarten through 8th Grade neighborhood school in Redwood City, CA.
The Roy Cloud School PTO is an amazing group. They are very organized and conduct numerous fundraisers throughout the year to support various school programs that probably otherwise would not be viable.
The Roy Cloud School PTO is a perfect example of how an involved Parent’s Group can work together with a school to make a big difference. The custom car magnet designed and printed by ARC Marketing is just one of many fundraising ventures put on by the PTO. Here is their magnet:

• The PTO funds PE+ for all K-5 students. The PE+ program provides trained coaches and a comprehensive, standards-based curriculum.
• The PTO funds Art in Action, providing all students with a full visual-art curriculum. Parent volunteers, or docents, are trained to present works by classic artists and students create their own masterpieces based on the lesson.
• The PTO supports science enrichment, contracting with Lawrence Hall of Science to give K-5 students hands on lessons in science.
